AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR SITE
IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO THE
ROCKY HILL TOWN HALL THAT WOULD BECOME THE ROCKY HILL
SENIOR AND COMMUNITY CENTER IN ROCKY HILL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Economic and Community Development for the purpose of providing 5
a grant-in-aid to the town of Rocky Hill for site improvements and 6
construction of an addition to the Rocky Hill Town Hall that would 7
become the Rocky Hill Senior and Community Center in Rocky Hill. 8
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for site improvements and construction of an
addition to the Rocky Hill Town Hall that would become the Rocky
Hill Senior and Community Center in Rocky Hill.
