AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
RESTORATION AND RENOVATION OF THE WORTHINGTON
MEETING HOUSE IN BERLIN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
___ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Economic and Community Development for the purpose of providing 5
a grant-in-aid for the restoration and renovation of the Worthington 6
Meeting House, located at 723 Worthington Ridge, in Berlin. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the restoration and renovation of the
Worthington Meeting House in Berlin.
