| 24 | 24 | statutes and subdivision (3) of subsection (b) of section 53-206 of the 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | general statutes be amended to allow any person while participating in 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | an authorized competition or exhibition to transport knives or swords 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | to and from such competition or exhibition that are constructed or 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | displayed at such competition or exhibition. 6 | |
