AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTIES FOR LEAVING A CHILD
UNSUPERVISED IN A MOTOR VEHICLE OR A PLACE OF PUBLIC
ACCOMMODATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 53-21a of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the penalties for leaving a child unsupervised in a motor vehicle or a 2
place of public accommodation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalties for leaving a child unsupervised in a motor
vehicle or a place of public accommodation.
