AN ACT CONCERNING JUVENILE PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN
CRIMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 815t of the general statutes be amended to provide for 1
greater penalties for juvenile offenders who are found guilty of 2
burglary or theft of a motor vehicle. 3

That chapter 815t of the general statutes be amended to provide for
greater penalties for juvenile offenders who are found guilty of
burglary or theft of a motor vehicle.
