AN ACT CONCERNING GHOST GUNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ban guns without serial 1
numbers and to regulate those which are sold in a form requiring the 2
purchaser to finish assembly. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the spread of unregulated and unregistered firearms.
