AN ACT CONCERNING THE FILING OF A SPECIAL MOTION TO
DISMISS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 52-196a of the general statutes be 1
amended to clarify what is meant by the phrase "not later than thirty 2
days after the date of return of the complaint". 3
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify language relating to the filing of a special motion to dismiss.
