AN ACT CONCERNING CIVIL ACTIONS THAT SEEK DAMAGES FOR
LOSS OF CONSORTIUM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 925 of the general statutes be amended to limit injury 1
claims for loss of consortium to persons who, at the time of the injury, 2
are married in accordance with chapter 815e of the general statutes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish certain limits on loss of consortium claims.
