AN ACT CONCERNING HARASSMENT OF A CONDOMINIUM OWNER
BY A DIRECTOR OF THE CONDOMINIUM'S ASSOCIATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 828 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
association of a condominium complex to send biennial notices to the 2
unit owners of the condominium complex to inquire as to whether 3
such unit owners are being harassed by any director of the 4
condominium's association, and if so, that the unit owner report the 5
harassment to the condominium's association. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a reporting system to address harassment of a
condominium unit owner by a director of the condominium's
association.
