AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF EMINENT DOMAIN FOR
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit the use of eminent 1
domain to acquire residential property consisting of four or fewer 2
dwelling units for economic development purposes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the use of eminent domain to acquire residential property
consisting of four or fewer dwelling units for economic development
purposes.
