AN ACT CONCERNING LOCAL AND STATE COOPERATION IN THE
ENFORCEMENT OF FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 54-192h of the general statutes be amended to ensure 1
that local and state officials are fully cooperating with law enforcement 2
personnel in the enforcement of federal immigration law. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that local and state officials are fully cooperating with law
enforcement personnel in the enforcement of federal immigration law.
