AN ACT CONCERNING THE REVIEW OF MUNICIPAL ARBITRATION
AWARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 113 of the general statutes be amended to provide the 1
same relief for all statutory deadlines concerning the meeting and 2
reviewing of municipal arbitration awards by a municipality's 3
legislative body based on the state and federal rules of procedure. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for uniformity in meeting and reviewing arbitration awards
by a municipality's legislative body.
