Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to permit 1
municipalities to waive fees associated with the late payment of 2
property taxes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to waive fees associated with the late
payment of property taxes.
