AN ACT CONCERNING THE ZONING OF COMMUNITY RESIDENCES
AND CHILDCARE RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-3f of the general statutes be amended to clarify the 1
siting restriction placed upon community residences and childcare 2
residential facilities pursuant to said section. 3

To clarify the siting restriction placed upon community residences and
childcare residential facilities pursuant to said section.
