AN ACT CONCERNING NONEDUCATIONAL EXPENDITURES IN
LOCAL BOARD OF EDUCATION BUDGETS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit local boards of 1
finance to increase or decrease noneducational expenditures in 2
budgets proposed by local boards of education. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit local boards of finance to increase or decrease
noneducational expenditures in budgets proposed by local boards of
education.
