AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL TOURISM INCENTIVE GRANT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to establish an 1
annual tourism incentive grant program from which each municipality 2
shall receive a grant amount equivalent to fifty per cent of the marginal 3
increase in revenue generated in such municipality from the hotel or 4
lodging occupancy tax in the prior year. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an annual tourism incentive grant program.
