2019 AN ACT CONCERNING EM ERGENCY TRANSPORTATION FOR

2221 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2322 Assembly convened:

2524 Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) Any ambulance service 1
2625 licensed or certified pursuant to chapter 368d of the general statutes (1) 2
2726 may provide emergency transportation for a state or local law 3
2827 enforcement K9 to an emergency animal hospital for treatment of an 4
2928 injury or illness incurred in the line of duty, and (2) shall not be liable 5
3029 for damages in a civil action or subject to criminal prosecution for the 6
3130 emergency transportation of a state or local law enforcement K9. 7
3231 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
