AN ACT REQUIRING THE INCLUSION OF EDUCATION CONCERNING
THE DANGERS OF VAPING WITHIN THE EXISTING HEALTH
CURRICULUM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to include education 1
concerning the dangers of vaping within the existing health 2
curriculum in public schools. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To include vaping education within the existing health curriculum.
