2020 AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF EPINEPHRINE IN
2121 PUBLIC VENUES.
2222 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2323 Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to authorize public venues, 1
2626 including, but not limited to, restaurants, youth organizations' sports 2
2727 facilities, theme parks, sports arenas and day care facilities, to stock 3
2828 and make available trained nonmedical staff to administer emergency 4
2929 epinephrine in cartridge injectors to individuals who are experiencing 5
3030 anaphylactic symptoms. 6
3131 Statement of Purpose:
3232 To make emergency epinephrine in cartridge injectors more widely
3333 available to people who suffer anaphylactic symptoms in public
3434 venues.
