1818 AN ACT CONCERNING REIMBURSEMENTS TO FIRE COMPANIES
1919 FOR CALLS ON CERTAIN HIGHWAYS.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2121 Assembly convened:

2323 That the general statutes be amended to require the State Fire 1
2424 Administrator to pay one hundred dollars to each fire company for 2
2525 each call to which such company responds on any limited access 3
2626 highway, the Berlin Turnpike, the South Meadows Expressway and 4
2727 the section of route 8 that falls within the boundaries of Naugatuck 5
2828 State Forest, provided with respect to the Berlin Turnpike, such sum 6
2929 shall be paid only if such call concerns a fire involving a motor vehicle. 7
3030 Statement of Purpose:
3131 To require the State Fire Administrator to reimburse fire companies
3232 that respond to certain calls.
