AN ACT CONCERNING SAFETY AT RAILROAD CROSSINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 13b-344a of the general statutes, concerning the 1
prohibition of crossing at a railroad crossing when warned of the 2
approach of a railroad locomotive, railroad car or train, be amended to 3
include any other railroad equipment on the track. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the safety of the public and workers at railroad crossings.
