AN ACT CONCERNING THE OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN WITHIN
THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to remove the Office of the 1
Ombudsman from the Department of Children and Families and 2
establish an independent Office of the Ombudsman. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an independent Department of Children and Families
Office of the Ombudsman.
