AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY FUND -RAISING
RESTRICTIONS ON THE TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND CAREER
SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to 1
study restrictions imposed on the Technical Education and Career 2
System related to fund-raising and to make recommendations for ways 3
to eliminate or reduce such restrictions. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to explore funding options for the Technical
Education and Career System.
