AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
RENOVATION OF AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE KEEFE
COMMUNITY CENTER IN HAMDEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
one million three hundred fifty-one thousand twenty-five dollars, the 4
proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of Economic and 5
Community Development for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid 6
to the town of Hamden for the renovation of and improvements to the 7
Keefe Community Center. 8
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the renovation of and improvements to the
Keefe Community Center in Hamden.
