AN ACT CREATING AN INFRASTRUCTURE BANK AS A NEW QUASI -
PUBLIC AGENCY AND CONSIDERING THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE
CONNECTICUT GREEN BANK INTO THE INFRASTRUCTURE BANK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create an infrastructure 1
bank as a new quasi-public agency and consider consolidating the 2
Connecticut Green Bank into the infrastructure bank by making the 3
Connecticut Green Bank a department in the infrastructure bank to 4
ensure green technology is employed wherever possible in 5
infrastructure projects. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To create an infrastructure bank as a new quasi-public agency and
consider consolidating the Connecticut Green Bank into the
infrastructure bank.
