AN ACT ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR THE
MISREPRESENTATION OF AN ANIMAL AS A SERVICE ANIMAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish and enhance fines 1
for the misrepresentation of an animal as a service animal. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance penalties for misrepresenting an animal as a service
animal.
