AN ACT PERMANENTLY BANNING THE STORAGE AND
PROCESSING OF FRACKING WASTE IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permanently ban the 1
import, sale, storage and processing of fracking waste in the state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To permanently ban the import, sale, storage and processing of
fracking waste in the state.
