AN ACT CREATING A GREEN BUILDING TASKFORCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a Green Building 1
Taskforce that will recommend building code updates and incentives 2
to reflect trends in energy efficient, weather-resistant and solar-ready 3
homes and offices. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To promote green buildings.
