| 29 | 29 | establish a fine of one hundred dollars per day for any person who 2 | |
| 30 | 30 | violates the state's running bamboo law and to enable municipalities to 3 | |
| 31 | 31 | assess such fine and retain fifty per cent of any such fines. 4 | |
