AN ACT CONCERNING THE SAFE BOATING CERTIFICATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 51-140e of the general statutes be amended to require a 1
safe boating certificate be renewed every six years and establish a 2
seventy-two-dollar renewal fee for such certificate. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require a safe boating certificate be renewed every six years and
establish a renewal fee for such certificate that is the same as a motor
vehicle operator's license.
