AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE RENEWABLE ENERGY GOAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a state renewable 1
energy goal of one hundred per cent by the year 2045. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To join other states and utilities in establishing a more ambitious
renewable energy goal and to reduce the risks of climate change.
