AN ACT CONCERNING CARBON PRICING AND THE REGIONAL
GREENHOUSE GAS INITIATIVE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the regional 1
Greenhouse Gas Initiative to consider carbon pricing to reduce fossil 2
fuel emissions. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To achieve cooperative reduction of fossil fuels among the states in the
northeast.
