AN ACT CONCERNING URBAN FORESTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require an increase in tree 1
planting and vegetative cover in urban, suburban and rural landscapes 2
and to discourage tree removal. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance the natural climate by restoring vegetative cover and
healthy forests.
