AN ACT CONCERNING A METHANE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a methane tax on 1
factory farming facilities involved in animal agriculture and on 2
methane producing industries. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce global warming and attendant climate change.
