| 24 | 24 | of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, Connecticut Energy 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | Efficiency Fund and Green Bank from diversion and their intended use 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | and to require an annual accounting and report of the expenditures of 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | such funds which indicates the energy saved and cost per unit of 5 | |
