AN ACT REDUCING THE LUXURY TAX RATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 219 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the 1
rate of the "luxury tax" to the prior rate of seven per cent. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the rate of the "luxury tax" to seven per cent.
