AN ACT ELIMINATING THE GIFT TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the gift tax for 1
taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2019. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the gift tax for taxable years commencing on or after
January 1, 2019.
