AN ACT CONCERNING THE LABELING OF ELECTRONIC NICOTINE
DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require electronic nicotine 1
delivery systems and vapor products sold in the state to be clearly 2
labeled with the nicotine content in the product and to prohibit the 3
removal or distortion of such labeling on the packaging of such 4
systems or products. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require clear labeling of the nicotine content of electronic nicotine
delivery systems and vapor products.
