AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONVEYANCE OF STATE LAND TO THE
TOWN OF NEWINGTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Administrative Services be required to 1
convey to the town of Newington 18.8 acres of land located in 2
Newington, identified as Lot 000 in Block 10 on town of Newington 3
Assessor's Map 12, to be used for open space, for administrative costs. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the conveyance of land to the town of Newington to be
used for open space.
