AN ACT CONCERNING MORATORIUM CREDITS FOR ELDERLY
AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subdivision (5) of subsection (l) of section 8-30g of the general 1
statutes be amended to increase the number of housing unit-equivalent 2
points awarded to elderly units from one-half point to one point. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the number of housing unit-equivalent points awarded to
elderly units from one-half point to one point.
