| 26 | 26 | motor vehicle operated be provided with an end date for the 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | suspension of a person's motor vehicle operating license in the case of 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | those persons who do not own a motor vehicle and can therefore not 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | install an ignition interlock device on such a vehicle. 6 | |
