| 23 | 23 | That section 46b-7 of the general statutes be amended to provide 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | that when the court orders a custody evaluation in a family relations 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | matter (1) such evaluation shall be completed and a report filed with 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | the court, not later than ninety days after the date on which the 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | evaluation was ordered, and (2) a copy of the report relating to such 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | evaluation shall be provided to counsel, the parties and any self-6 | |
