AN ACT REQUIRING THE PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE MEDICAL
MARIJUANA FOR QUALIFYING PATIENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the provision of 1
affordable marijuana for qualifying patients engaging in the palliative 2
use of marijuana. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide affordable medical marijuana for qualifying patients
engaging in the palliative use of marijuana.
