AN ACT PERMITTING A LANDLORD TO PROHIBIT A PERSON FROM
SMOKING MARIJUANA IN THE LANDLORD'S RENTAL UNIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit a landlord to 1
prohibit any person from smoking marijuana in the landlord's rental 2
unit. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow landlords to prohibit marijuana smoking in their rental units.
