Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1 Public Health to develop and execute a social marketing campaign to 2 education individuals and entities in the state regarding tick-borne 3 illnesses. 4 Statement of Purpose: To raise public awareness of various tick-borne illnesses with the goal of preventing, identifying and treating such illnesses.
