| 24 | 24 | offer during flu season, from no later than October first to no earlier 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | than March first, annually, to each patient who is at least sixty-five 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | years of age, prior to such patient's discharge, an immunization against 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | the influenza virus, unless such immunization is contraindicated and 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | contingent upon the availability of the vaccine. 6 | |
