AN ACT CONCERNING TOBACCO BARS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to (1) permit the 1 
establishment of a new tobacco bar and permit an existing tobacco bar 2 
to expand in size and change its location, and (2) redefine a "tobacco 3 
bar" as an establishment that generates twenty per cent or more of its 4 
total annual gross income from the on-site sale of tobacco products and 5 
the rental of on-site humidors. 6 
Statement of Purpose:   
To revise the laws governing tobacco bars.
