AN ACT AMENDING THE STATE WATER PLAN TO FACILITATE
REGIONAL SOLUTIONS AND THE SHARING OF WATER SOURCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-352 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the state water plan to facilitate regional solutions, including, but not 2
limited to, through the use of alternative dispute resolution concerning 3
inter-municipal agreements related to water supply, and sharing of 4
water resources. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To amend the state water plan to facilitate regional solutions and the
sharing of water sources.
