AN ACT REQUIRING CONNECTICUT SCHOOLS TO TEST THEIR
DRINKING WATER FOR LEAD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require Connecticut schools 1
to test their drinking water for lead beginning in 2020. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure drinking water in schools is safe from lead.
