AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO AFFORDABLE QUALITY
HEALTH CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to codify that health care is an 1
individual right and public policy priority of the state and create a 2
state-wide public option for health care via Medicaid. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure access to affordable quality health care in the state.
